Support terms
Standard response is the next business day. If the site goes down or forms stop
working, that’s treated as an emergency and acknowledged the same business day.
Work beyond the monthly allowance is quoted and approved in advance.
Ownership
You own the site outright. Care is a service, not a lock-in: 30 days’ written
notice from either side, and you get a full export and your credentials on exit.
